Terms of Service

Version 2.0 — effective 13 October 2026. The Vietnamese version prevails if the two differ.

1. Who provides the service

CosmiAI is provided by ERPFIT COMPANY LIMITED (CÔNG TY TNHH ERPFIT, "ERPFit", "we") — tax code 0317567782, 134/33C Nguyen Thi Thap, Tan Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. By creating an account or using CosmiAI you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password safe. Activity from your account is treated as yours. Tell us at once if someone accesses your account without permission.

3. Workspaces and organisations

The person who creates a workspace is its owner and manages its members, permissions and content on behalf of the organisation. The organisation is responsible for whom it invites, for the HR data it enters, and for having a lawful basis to process that data.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use CosmiAI to:

  • post, send or store content that breaks Vietnamese law or harms national security, public order or social safety;
  • insult the honour, dignity or reputation of others, or spread false information;
  • impersonate a person, an organisation or a state body;
  • send spam or unsolicited advertising, or spread malware;
  • infringe the intellectual property or personal data of others;
  • access the system without authorisation, probe it, or overload it.

5. Content and takedown

You and your organisation own the content you put on CosmiAI. You allow us to store, process and transmit it only as far as needed to provide the service.

Report abusive content to [email protected]; requests from competent state authorities go to [email protected]. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, or on a lawful request from a state authority, within the time the law sets.

6. Fees

CosmiAI is currently free of charge and has no payment function. If paid plans are introduced, their terms and prices will be published before they apply.

7. Service and liability

We work to keep the service stable but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or pause features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that Vietnamese law does not allow to be excluded, including consumer rights.

8. Termination

You may stop using CosmiAI and ask for your account to be deleted at any time, as described under "Your rights" in the Privacy Policy. We may close accounts that seriously break these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Disputes are first settled by negotiation; failing that, by the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.

10. Changes to these terms

Each version carries an effective date at the top. Significant changes are announced in CosmiAI at least 30 days before they take effect.
